Located in the heart of Columbia’s historic district, the circa-1796 Seibels House offers one of the city’s most popular venues for all of your special occasions.

Features/Amenities

  • Accommodates 150 standing or 80 seated inside; up to 300-350 in the garden
  • First floor and garden available only
  • Chairs and tables available for interior use only
  • Prep kitchen available

*Event items such as tents, dance floors, linens, etc. are not included in rental fees and have to be rented separately.

A refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure the date. The deposit is not included as part of the rental fee.
