Savannah & Stephen at Robert Mills

Savannah and Stephen Henderson’s wedding took place on May 20, 2018 at the Robert Mills Carriage House & Gardens.

This down-to-earth celebration started with an intimate ceremony on the back lawn, in front of the secluded entrance to the Founder’s Garden. The lush greenery of the shrubs and trees popped with gray bridesmaids' dresses and Stephen's navy suit. The soft pink, blue, and purple flowers adorning the wooden cross added a sense of quiet elegance and grace. We love Savannah’s emphasis on natural beauty, as she looked stunning in her Café Ivory, lace-detailed dress and veil. Her bouquet was effortlessly breathtaking, with adornments of baby’s breath.

The intimate moments shared between Savannah and Stephen under the 125-year-old magnolia trees were truly swoon-worthy. But our favorite part of this wedding is the look of pure love and giggles on everyone’s face! The groomsmen and bridesmaids looked overjoyed to be celebrating their best friends’ big day. From the goofy pictures to the more serious ones, you could always find a smile! These light-hearted moments are what truly makes the day memorable.

After the ceremony, the party moved to the front lawn for the pizza-filled reception. The impending rain wouldn’t stop this group from having fun! People crowded under the tents to escape the weather, and ultimately the dancefloor was packed all night. We love to see guests not only using our venues for gorgeous events, but also as a place to create laughter-filled memories with friends and family that will last a lifetime.
