27 Heathwood CircleOnce the property of Dr. J. Perrin and Margaret C. Thompson, 27 Heathwood Circle is recognized as one of the neighborhood’s earliest houses. Completed by 1925, the symmetrical Colonial Revival style residence is another example of the properties designed Lafaye and Lafaye. A house of generous proportions, when completed, this dwelling and other nearby properties would have nonetheless been overshadowed by its earlier neighbor – the imposing Heath mansion.
