Historic Columbia is closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, for Thanksgiving. Grounds and administrative offices are closed, and all tours are canceled. Normal operating hours resume on Saturday, November 30.
This revitalized Shotgun style house was located on the 2400 block of Bratton Street and was photographed by Joseph Winter in May of 1957 as an example of the benefits of urban revitalization.
