Scott House
Jonathon B. Scott, a mailing clerk for The State, built this Queen Anne style house between 1899 and 1901. During the 1980s, the house was rented to University of South Carolina students including Charles Frazier, who later authored the novel Cold Mountain. The home was adapted for use as the Rose Hall Bed and Breakfast Inn in the spring of 1998.
