Explore important local Jewish sites on Main Street with Historic Columbia on Saturday, April 13 during our Weekend Strolls and Rolls program.
This guided walking tour will highlight Columbia’s Jewish heritage and explore how Jewish merchants have shaped this downtown district. The tour will begin on Main Street, travel down to Lady Street where the tour will cross over to Assembly Street, then end at The Big Apple on Hampton Street.
The tour will meet and begin at Michael's Café & Catering located at 1620 Main Street. Space is limited.

Participants will learn how these residences, combined with spiritual, educational, and governmental institutions, resulted in an eclectic mix of architecture and dynamic community histories.
